I love the wolf. Because it represents the Gaurdian of all the land on the Earth. It also has the highest quality of life, freedom and the love from it's pack and family.

I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England

I shot the original image shortly after a Hail and Farewell, an event where an Army unit welcomes new members and says goodbye to members leaving for other destinations and assignments. I had been at Camp Arifjan about two weeks before relocating to nearby-ish (75 minutes away) Ali Al Salem Airbase where I was to serve as a liaison officer with a unit supporting Special Forces in the region; the unit I belonged to was part of the Defense Logistics Agency, DLA.
While at the hail and farewell, I introduced myself with a fun fact that I liked to shoot photographs, occasionally turning them into images of digital art like the one you see before you. The cans of Coca Cola were nearly ice cold. The temperature outside was north of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The image of the two skinny red cans just kind of named itself as a result. I hope you like it.
Avocational Art Photographer and Army veteran from Baltimore and currently living in Richmond, Virginia. I travel - by foot, by Jeep, by train or plane - near and sometimes far. I shoot what I see, always thinking about the image in front of me and what it has the potential to become after reframing and processing. If I like it, I share it with you here in my galleries.
